JR Hoops Elite is a basketball scouting service ran by Ricky Moore.  The purpose of JR Hoops Elite is to provide exposure for kids throughout the Midwest, This website is designed to provide motivation and inspiration thru articles and information on individuals allowing an opportunity to known by fellow basketball players and coaches. We are in constant contact with High School and College Coaches and we strive to make as many kids known to them as possible. Each and every kid that are written about or on a list has actually been seen, there are no outside affiliations to organizations or schools, there’s no bias involved in anything written.
